Step 1 – Register
Please register with your brief introduction, recent photo, and updated resume. Our team will contact you for an online interview after checking your profile.
Step 2 – Online interview and offer
The online interview will be held for about 30 minutes. After the interview, our IT will contact you for the technical check. Once you pass the initial interview and technical check, you will receive a copy of the job offer and the training agreement.
Step 3 – Training and demo
On the first day of training, access to our training website we will be given. It contains class recordings, a curriculum guide, homepage navigation, and sample lesson materials that you can check anytime. Submission of recorded demo classes and completing the profile requirement will also be needed.
Step 4 – Orientation
After you passed the training, you will be asked to submit necessary requirements, then attend an orientation about the teacher’s responsibilities and company protocols.
Step 5 – Start teaching
Check your schedules on the homepage, prepare for the class, and start teaching.
